Celebrate the October publication of Leonor, the second stand alone novel by Atlanta Author Catherine Mathis, who writes The Queens of Portugal Trilogy. These meticulously researched biographical novels tell the history of successive generations of medieval queens in Portugal.  Book One is the award-winning Ines, the true story of Portugal's only corpse queen. Now it is time to meet the next royal generation. The world of 14th century Portugal comes alive once again in the court of Ferdinand I as Leonor takes charge. She became Queen as a love match, but she also became a power broker. Was Leonor a treacherous schemer or a maligned woman fighting dynastic powers? Read her story and decide.
