Cesar Garcia is the founder, director, and chief curator of the Mistake Room, Los Angeles’ international contemporary art museum with a global focus. In addition to all that, he hustles as a scholar, writer, curator, and educator. Oh, and he’s served as the U.S. Commissioner for the 13th International Cairo Biennial in Egypt. We feel tired just listing all these accomplishments!
