The team behind Bellina Alimentari believes in supporting the local community and creating strong bonds between the farmer, the consumer and the chef. To promote these beliefs, they invite guests to join them for a “Meet the Farmer†aperitivo (Italian happy hour) with Steve and Whit Whitmire of Brasstown Beef—Bellina’s beef supplier—on Tuesday, November 10 from 5 to 7 p.m. Attendees can get to know where their meat comes from and enjoy a nice glass of wine and beef-centric nibble.
