One dead after robbery, hostage crisis at Atlanta restaurant

A 29-year-old woman was shot and killed after opening a safe for robbers

Blotter LOGOA young woman is dead after three men raided a west Atlanta wine bar.

The robbers stormed Barcelona Wine Bar on Howell Mill Road as it was closing, according to Eater Atlanta. They tied up some of the staff and forced 29-year-old Chelsea Beller to open a safe for them. Then, as the thieves absconded, they shot Beller, ultimately killing her.

Atlanta police say they're following up on some leads, although they have not arrested any suspects."

The restaurant will be closed today."
