Pollen, bad baseball teams, and comfort food are what the South is all about. Arguably one of Atlanta’s hottest eateries is Home Grown. Sadly, this cozy restaurant isn’t open in the evening … usually. However, for one special night, Home Grown will open its doors and its ovens for Home Grown Comedy Night. Some of the best local comedians will entertain audiences for a one-of-a-kind dinner and a show event this Thursday night. Admission comes with access to a buffet featuring chicken wings, hot dogs, and more goodness. Come prepared to stuff your face and laugh your ass off.
$20. 8 p.m. Thurs., March 29. Home Grown, 968 Memorial Drive S.E. www.homegrownga.com.
