Enjoy three courses from the Empire State South kitchen paired with Wild Heaven beers. Before dinner, guests can play bocce ball and passed hors d’oeuvres. Throughout the night, chefs and brewers will be on hand to answer questions, share stories, and engage in discussion about the reasoning behind each dish. $65 per person for hors d’oeuvres, 3 seated courses, and Wild Heaven pairings for all.
