Food 101’s Executive Chef Justin Keith has done it again with his Christmas Eve menu, which will offer appetizers, salads and entrees from the current menu while also featuring a few holiday specials. Menu highlights include Mini Beef Wellingtons with Smoked Blue Cheese with a Red Wine Demi Sauce to share with the table, a Seafood Boullabaisse complete with shrimp, scallops, yellowfin tuna, swordfish, clams and mussels, and an Egg Nog Creme Brûlee to top the meal off. The restaurant will follow their regular Saturday night hours and be open from 5:30-11 p.m. Reservations are not required but highly recommended.
