Reach musical zen as you tone and lengthen your muscles at Tough Love Yoga’s Cello + Chakras class this Saturday. TLY’s Jenn Cook will lead a group of yogis through the seven main chakras, the centers of spiritual power in the body, as cellist Jessica Messere (pictured above) provides a live soundtrack of vibrational baseline and melody based on the notes associated with each chakra. This musically led intentional yoga practice is a peaceful way to recover from the stresses of the work week, and an opportunity to slow down and really listen to your body as it’s enhanced with the mesmerizing sound of the cello. Space is limited, so register early.
