10th and Piedmont hosts an Easter buffet equipped with scrambled eggs, pancakes, French toast, breakfast potatoes, tomato bisque, veggie penne, rice pilaf, fried chicken, shrimp and gravy, grits, pork and turkey sausage, bacon, Greek salads, fresh fruit, danishes and muffins, homemade biscuits, and pecan and chocolate cream pies. They are also serving $4 mimosas and $6 bloody marys.
