To introduce the seasonal celebration, Gordon Biersch will host a tapping party for SommerBrau, a quintessential Kölsch, made with authentic yeast imported from Cologne. The party is open to the public and attendees can taste the beer and sample some of the suggested pairing menu items, which will be available through July 13.
