These delicious dairy products are easy to make, don’t require high tech equipment or special aging techniques, and offer the home cook a wonderful range of flavors and textures. On Nov. 22, join nationally acclaimed food writer Meredith Ford for a special creamery class at Preserving Place. Participants will explore butter, ricotta and mozzarella to spread on fresh bread and have fun stretching their own mozzarella.
