Join us for a Zing! wine seminar and dinner to learn all about the chemistry that takes place between wine and food – experience the vast and differing flavor perspectives in a particular wine, based on the flavors being presented in the food you’re tasting! Tasting will feature 4 wines and a plethora of food elements that are affected by, and affect how, we taste wine. Then, stay for dinner and delve deeper into how we taste with 4 featured courses.
