Join brothers Andy and Charlie Nelson of Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery at STK on Monday, December 3 at 7 p.m. for a Belle Meade Bourbon Dinner. For $75 per guest, indulge in dishes such as a Potato Waffle, Roasted Corn “Blinis” and Confit Duck Leg, each perfectly paired with Belle Meade Bourbon cocktails. To round out the evening, “Build Your Own’ Old Fashioned” with assorted syrups, bitters and citrus peels while satisfying your sweet tooth on an Apple Tart. The brothers will be on hand for you to pick their brain on the resurrection of their great-great-great grandfather’s distillery.
