Learn to Curl Classes

Curling combines shuffleboard, bocce, and chess into one crazy, strategic team sport on ice. As it turns out you can actually learn how to play this one-of-a-kind sport right here in Atlanta while we are still feeling the frenzy of the 2018 Winter Olympic mania! The Peachtree Curling Association beginner class will teach you all the techniques you need to start curling yourself.

We are on the ice for ninety minutes and primarily focus on the fundamentals of throwing a stone. By the time the class is over, you will be able to throw a stone down the 138 foot curling sheet. We provide all the necessary equipment; however, the rink is about 45 degrees and you will be walking on ice so we recommend wearing soft-soled athletic shoes, dressing in layers, and wearing gloves and a hat is not a bad idea
